You’ll be connected to our Customer Care Center, which is staffed by knowledgeable and courteous sales professionals at our location Naperville, IL. The Customer Care Center is open Monday – Friday 9am-6:00pm and Saturday/Sunday: 10am-6pm (central time).

Showroom, warehouse

If you are near  of our location, we encourage you to stop in to place your order, consult with a sales associate, or simply see that piece that you have had your eye on.

Payment

We build furniture on a customer request basis and require a 50% deposit to initiate your order. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation to ensure your order information is accurate. When your order is nearing completion we will contact you to arrange a delivery time. The balance will be due prior to shipment. We accept money orders, personal checks and PayPal.

Sales Tax

The Buyer is entirely responsible for paying all applicable sales and use taxes, VAT, export and/or import taxes and duties and all transactional taxes or levies related to each Item purchased (collectively, “Taxes”). The Buyer shall pay the Seller such Taxes as the Seller is required to collect, but failure of the Seller to collect the Taxes will not relieve the Buyer’s obligation. The Buyer must determine, pay, collect, remit and report to the appropriate taxing authority the correct amount of all export and/or import taxes or duties payable upon export of the Item from its country of origin and import into the United States or any other country. In the event that an exemption applies, it is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to establish and/or document any applicable exemption from Taxes.

 Lead Times

Our furniture is made to order, requiring lead times prior to shipping. Due to high demand, lead times may vary. For more information on current lead times, please contact our customer care center at  630-454-9501.

Delivery

Our furniture is made to order, requiring lead times prior to shipping. Due to high demand, lead times may vary. Delivery takes an additional 1 to 5 weeks depending on your location. When your order is nearing completion, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for delivery. Smaller items may ship via UPS Ground (fully insured) at our discretion. If your order is shipped UPS, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please advise if you prefer a specific location for the driver to leave your package. Our Guarantee

If within the first 3 days after receiving any standard Hardwoodluxe  product you do not remain completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a refund. There will be an 8% handling charge for all returns.

Inscriptions

If you would like a personal inscription on a piece, we can attach an engraved brass plaque. Call for pricing.

Return policy

A return for the item may be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must go through Hardwoodluxe LLC. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized orders are at the seller’s discretion.

Return Shipping Fee

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Options

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
